At Fuggler, our goal is to make the shipping process as clear, reliable, and straightforward as possible so customers know what to expect when placing an order. In most situations, packages arrive within an approximate period of ten to twenty business days. Business days are defined as standard working days and exclude Sundays, national holidays, and days impacted by serious weather alerts such as typhoons or other extreme conditions. Although we work hard to stay within this estimated timeframe, shipping may occasionally take longer, particularly during peak shopping seasons, major promotions, or large-scale sales events. We are unable to schedule or guarantee specific delivery times, and once an order has been confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Several factors can influence how quickly an order is delivered. Severe weather may interfere with transportation networks and courier operations, resulting in delays that are outside of our control. High order volumes during busy periods can also extend processing and handling times. Delivery may be slowed or interrupted if the address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or difficult for carriers to locate. In addition, if an item becomes temporarily unavailable or backordered, dispatch of your order may be postponed. If any of these situations affect your purchase, our customer support team will reach out to inform you and explain the available options.

All orders currently qualify for free shipping. In the event that a carrier is unable to successfully deliver a package after two separate attempts, the order will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. We encourage checking tracking information regularly for the most accurate status.

There are certain circumstances in which an order may not be eligible for shipment. These include products being out of stock, delivery addresses located in areas we do not serve, or addresses listed as PO Boxes, as we are unable to ship to PO Box locations. Orders may also be halted if payment authorization fails during checkout. If the package still cannot be located, our customer service team will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and assist with a replacement or refund when appropriate.
